Competitive PROGRAM

(U14 - U17)

Where players define their game, refine how they play

  • Youth soccer practice on a large outdoor field with children in bright vests and soccer uniforms, set against a modern building and floodlights under a partly cloudy sky.

    PLAYER PROGRESSION

The Competitive Program is designed for players seeking a higher level of training and competition.

The program mirrors BCSPL standards in coaching, training, and program design, with teams competing in the West Coast Soccer League A Cup.

At this stage, players refine their technical abilities, tactical understanding, and ability to perform consistently in both training and match play.

  • Soccer players sitting on the sidelines during a game, wearing gray jerseys with white numbers, red shorts, and sporting various hairstyles. They are seated on chairs on a green turf field, with sports water bottles and gear around them.

    PLAYERS EXPERIENCE

Players train 3 times per week in a structured environment led by experienced coaches.

Through consistent training and competition, players develop technical consistency, decision-making, tactical awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure while building confidence, accountability, and strong training habits.

Teams compete in the West Coast Soccer League A Cup, with additional tournament and showcase opportunities available to selected teams.

  • Female soccer players in red uniforms celebrating and high-fiving each other on a soccer field.

    OUR APPROACH

Players are assigned to a team for the season, providing consistency within the training and competition environment.

Development remains individualized, and players may be provided opportunities to train or compete in a different environment when appropriate for their growth.

Our goal is to ensure players are appropriately challenged while continuing to develop their potential within the game.

Our focus is on long-term development, challenging players to compete, take responsibility, and continue progressing in the game.
